About the role

DVLaw is seeking an Associate Lawyer with 2–3 years of experience in corporate and transactional matters. The role involves handling a broad range of legal work, including M&A transactions, financing arrangements, corporate advisory and compliance projects.

Key responsibilities

Assist and lead M&A transactions and related due diligence.
Prepare and review financing arrangements and related documentation.
Provide corporate advisory services to clients.
Support compliance initiatives and ensure regulatory adherence.

Required profile

Ambitious lawyer with strong legal drafting and analytical abilities.
Excellent command of written and spoken professional English.
Post‑graduate degree in Corporate, Commercial, Capital Markets or a related field is an advantage, as is prior exposure to compliance matters.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to teamwork and collaboration.
