Associate Lawyer (Mid-Level)

About the role

This full-time, on‑site position in Athens offers immediate involvement in high‑impact legal matters, supporting pharma and life‑sciences clients.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements.
• Provide expert legal advice, conduct in‑depth research and draft legal opinions.
• Represent clients before civil and administrative courts, in administrative proceedings and negotiations, shaping case strategy.
• Contribute to client advisory services and business development initiatives.

Required profile

• LLB from an accredited institution; LLM is a plus.
• Licensed to practice law in Greece.
• 5‑7 years of experience in a law firm or corporate legal department, with proven litigation and advisory expertise.
• Excellent oral and written command of English; additional languages are an asset.
• Strong digital competence, including advanced Microsoft Office, expert use of legal research databases and familiarity with AI‑assisted legal tools.
• Exceptional research, analytical and problem‑solving abilities, combined with commitment, integrity and a strong work ethic.
