About the role

Souriadakis Tsibris is looking for a motivated Associate Lawyer to join its Corporate & M&A practice in Athens. You will work on a variety of corporate, commercial and transactional matters for both domestic and international clients across multiple industries.

Key responsibilities

  • Participate in M&A transactions, including due diligence, drafting and negotiating agreements.
  • Advise clients on corporate governance, commercial contracts and routine company law issues.
  • Support cross‑border and complex corporate projects.

Required profile

  • 3–5 years of post‑qualification experience in corporate and commercial law, with exposure to M&A deals.
  • Strong academic background in commercial or corporate law.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Postgraduate degree (LL.M. or similar) abroad is an asset.
