Associate Lawyer – Civil & Commercial Law

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Associate Lawyer to join our boutique firm in the heart of Athens. You will work on civil and commercial matters, supporting senior attorneys and gaining exposure to a variety of challenging cases and transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct legal research to support case strategies and provide informed counsel.
• Draft, review, and edit contracts, pleadings, and other legal documents.
• Assist in due‑diligence processes for real‑estate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and prepare related reports.
• Support senior attorneys in case file organization, deadline monitoring, and schedule management.
• Engage with clients to gather information, deliver updates, and answer queries.
• Accompany senior attorneys to court hearings and help with trial preparation.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Law.
• 2‑3 years of experience in a law firm, preferably in real‑estate or corporate law.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong computer literacy and a proactive work ethic.
