AP Business Controller – Agricultural Solutions

About the role

We are looking for an AP Business Controller to join the Agricultural Solutions team in Greece. Reporting to the Country Manager, you will support operational performance through financial analysis and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse data, identify trends and provide insights to optimise business performance.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures that drive operational efficiency.
• Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly and annual performance reports.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define and monitor KPIs aligned with operational objectives.
• Conduct financial forecasting, budgeting and variance analysis to assess performance and recommend improvements.
• Support operational leaders with financial analysis and decision‑making recommendations.
• Coordinate compliance with internal control processes.

Required profile

• Graduate degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in controlling, finance or a similar role, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Strong ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Fluent in Greek and English.
