Airport Representative

About the role

The Airport Representative ensures a seamless arrival experience for guests at our resort locations on Kos and Corfu Islands. You will act as the primary point of contact between the airport, hotel, and guests, delivering professional and personalized service.

Key responsibilities

• Manage guest arrivals, including pick‑up requests, luggage assistance, and transportation to the hotel.
• Coordinate with flight schedules, meet guests at the airport, assist with baggage clearance, and guide them to transport facilities.
• Provide dedicated VIP and VVIP service, arranging seamless transportation and welcome procedures.
• Offer information on hotel facilities and arrange car transfers or official rentals as needed.
• Maintain strong relationships with airport personnel, airline staff, immigration, and customs officers to facilitate smooth guest services.

Required profile

• Experience in guest services, front office, or airport operations, preferably within hospitality or travel.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Professional, guest‑focused demeanor with the capacity to work under pressure.
• Knowledge of airport procedures, airline protocols, and transfer logistics.
