Assistant Waiter – Seasonal Hospitality Role

About the role

Join the Food & Beverage team of Sani/Ikos Group for a seasonal 7‑month assignment across beautiful Greek locations such as Corfu, Kos, Halkidiki and Crete. As an Assistant Waiter you will support the front‑of‑house team in delivering memorable dining experiences for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Assist waiters in providing attentive and efficient service to all guests.
• Prepare and set tables, replenish cutlery, napkins and bread as needed.
• Serve bread, water and help clear plates, resetting tables for the next guests.
• Coordinate with waiters, kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of workstations and service areas.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel environment is an advantage.
• Fluent in English with a basic understanding of food‑service standards.
• Effective communicator who works well within a team.
• Positive attitude, enthusiasm and a strong willingness to learn.
