About the role

Join the culinary team of Sani/Ikos Group for a 7‑month fixed‑term position as a Commis Chef. You will work across several beautiful Greek locations, supporting senior chefs in delivering high‑quality buffet and à la carte dishes.

Key responsibilities

• Assist senior chefs with basic food preparation and cooking tasks.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked station during service.
• Follow recipes and instructions accurately to develop culinary techniques.
• Collaborate with chefs de partie and other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Uphold high standards of hygiene, food safety, and workplace safety.

Required profile

• Some experience in a professional kitchen or completion of culinary training.
• Eagerness to learn, attention to detail, and ability to follow instructions in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
