Front Office Agent – Seasonal 2027

About the role

The Front Office Agent will be the first point of contact for guests at Ella Resorts during the 2027 season. You will welcome visitors, manage front‑desk operations and ensure a smooth and memorable stay from arrival to departure.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and register guests, providing information and assistance throughout their stay.
• Handle front‑desk tasks such as phone call routing, correspondence distribution and reservation coordination.
• Collaborate with the front‑office team to resolve guest enquiries and problems promptly.
• Maintain high standards of service in line with the resort’s luxury brand and departmental targets.
• Build and sustain effective relationships with guests and colleagues, promoting the company’s culture and values.

Required profile

• Minimum three years’ experience in a similar role within a 5‑star luxury hotel or resort.
• Degree or diploma in Hospitality, Tourism or a related field.
• Fluent English; additional language (French, German, Russian or Italian) is a plus.
