Accounting Assistant – Aspropyrgos

About the role

At Unitrack S.A., we are looking for an Accounting Assistant, reporting to the Accounting Supervisor, based in Aspropyrgos, to support the daily accounting operations of the company and ensure the smooth execution of financial and administrative processes. Key responsibilities

• Prepare and issue sales invoices and other relevant sales documentation.
• Record warehouse and inventory documents in the system.
• Record incoming and outgoing payments and perform cash reconciliations.
• Record and process expense documents and invoices.
• Monitor and record transactions in the myDATA platform.
• Perform bank account reconciliations and reconcile other cash balances.
• Communicate with customers and suppliers regarding outstanding matters and pending transactions.
• Liaise with public authorities and government agencies as required.
• Prepare reports, supporting documentation, and other administrative records.
• Maintain accurate and well‑organized accounting records and documentation.
• Support the procurement of office and operational supplies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s Degree (AEI/TEI) in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a similar accounting position.
• Holder of Accountant – Tax Technician License (Class B’).
• Good knowledge of Greek GAAP and third‑category bookkeeping.
• Very good command of English (written and spoken).
• Strong proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems (knowledge of Softone is an asset).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize tasks.
• Team‑oriented mindset and professional communication skills.
