Account Manager – Partner Services (Athens)

About the role

As an Account Manager in Athens you will join Booking.com’s Partner Services team, supporting accommodation partners by providing performance insights, market opportunities and product guidance to help them grow on the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, research and contact prospective partners, building relationships that generate sales and repeat business.
• Maintain strong ongoing relationships with existing accommodation partners through regular visits and communications.
• Translate market data, competitor insights and local trends into actionable recommendations for partners.
• Deliver trainings on Booking.com’s online reservation system and new tools.
• Support the organization of partner events, webinars and represent Booking.com at trade fairs.

Required profile

• Significant experience in account management, sales or business development.
• Fluent in Greek and English, both spoken and written.
• Experience or strong affinity with e‑commerce, hotel or travel sales.
• Proactive, responsible, able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s licence and availability to travel up to 50 % of the time, including overnight stays.
