Account Manager

About the role

MSCOMM is seeking an experienced Account Manager to lead client relationships and drive successful project delivery. Based in the Athens Metropolitan Area, you will act as the primary liaison between our diverse portfolio of clients and internal teams, ensuring strategic communication solutions are executed on time and to the highest standard.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day client communications and maintain strong relationships.
• Develop and refine communication strategies aligned with client objectives.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Monitor deliverables, timelines, and quality to guarantee client satisfaction.
• Contribute to long‑term partnership growth and identify new business opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in PR or marketing, preferably agency‑based.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, business or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
• Fluent oral and written communication skills in English and Greek.
• Proven ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Experience with diverse clients, including public institutions and international organisations, is advantageous.

• Strong command of the MS Office Suite.
