Account Supervisor

About the role

V+O Group | SEC Newgate is seeking an Account Supervisor to support the implementation of communication and strategic plans for a diverse portfolio of clients. Working from the Athens headquarters, you will collaborate closely with the Account Director, creative teams, and external suppliers to deliver high‑impact campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in day‑to‑day execution of client projects, ensuring timely and on‑budget delivery.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions, client meetings, BTL activities, and event management.
• Coordinate external suppliers and monitor the quality of deliverables.
• Develop a solid understanding of each client’s brand, initiatives, and competitive landscape.
• Contribute ideas and solutions that anticipate client needs.
• Support the preparation of creative proposals aligned with client strategies.
• Help monitor project budgets and assist with internal invoicing.
• Share insights that may generate additional business opportunities.

Required profile

• University degree in Advertising, Marketing Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum three years of experience in a similar role within a creative or advertising agency.
• Hands‑on experience coordinating internal teams and managing project timelines.
• Excellent command of Greek and English.
