Communications Manager

About the role

The Tipping Point is seeking a Communications Manager to shape and coordinate the organisation’s messaging about its mission, programmes, partnerships and impact. This hands‑on role blends strong writing, storytelling and creativity with organisational rigour, helping turn complex education‑focused work into clear, engaging content for diverse audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate communications across projects and channels, managing timelines and key deliverables.
• Identify stories, milestones and results worth sharing and turn data into compelling narratives.
• Create bilingual content in Greek and English for social media, newsletters, press releases, website pages and other media.
• Own the organisation’s presence on LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook, from content planning to publishing and community engagement.
• Collaborate with designers and adapt visual assets using tools such as Canva.
• Monitor performance metrics, analyse audience engagement and continuously improve content strategy.

Required profile

• Approximately three years of professional experience in communications, content creation, digital communications, journalism or a related field.
• Excellent writing, editing and storytelling skills in both Greek and English.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, priorities and deadlines.
• Experience turning complex program data and impact metrics into clear, audience‑friendly stories.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Canva for visual content creation.
• Strong command of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook).
• Experience with email marketing platforms for newsletter production and distribution.
