Digital Marketing & Content Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a creative and highly organised Digital Marketing & Content Specialist to strengthen our digital presence and support the marketing activities of a fast‑growing real‑estate developer in Athens.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a monthly content calendar.
• Create, edit, schedule and publish website and social‑media content.
• Plan and support digital and social media campaigns.
• Write copy for social posts, newsletters, email campaigns and other promotional material.
• Design banners, social graphics and visual assets using Canva (Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator a plus).
• Assist with newsletters and email campaigns via Salesforce or similar platforms.
• Ensure all content aligns with brand identity, tone of voice and campaign goals.
• Monitor performance of content and campaigns and propose improvements.
• Contribute to the overall marketing strategy and collaborate with internal teams to meet deadlines.

Required profile

• Previous experience or relevant studies in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• Good understanding of social media platforms and digital communication.
• Strong content creation, copywriting and proofreading abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Greek.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and a proactive, creative mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively within a team.
