Sales Support – Greece

About the role

Join our global team and help solve challenges of all sizes, from local to global. As a Sales Support professional you will prepare presentations, business reviews, deal proposals and customer analyses, while also managing customer, vessel and contract data. You will coordinate sales meetings, customer events and provide broader support to the Area Sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Register, update and maintain master data for customers and vessels in collaboration with the Asset Management team.
• Coordinate OFAC screening and credit checks for new or existing customers together with Credit and Compliance.
• Assist Key Account Managers and the Head of Sales with contract management, working closely with the Pricing and Governance team.
• Prepare sales and customer analyses, business reviews and customer presentations.
• Drive improvement of customer data accuracy and support CRM usage with the Sales Operations team.
• Organise local sales meetings, customer events and coordinate sales communications and customer letters.

Required profile

• Relevant studies in maritime, sales, marketing or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of administrative experience.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Excellent time‑management, ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.
• Proactive, results‑oriented team player with strong interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office (especially Excel).
• Experience using CRM systems.
• Computer literacy and ability to learn new digital tools.
