Sales Engineer – Building Finishing (Tile Adhesives)

About the role

Sika Hellas is looking for a Sales Engineer for Building Finishing to join its Sales team and help grow the business in the construction market. The role focuses mainly on Tile Adhesives and Tile Fixing Systems, combining technical expertise with sales development and customer relationship management. You will work closely with contractors, applicators, distributors, architects and engineers to develop projects and provide the right Sika solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop sales and business opportunities for Tile Adhesives and Tile Fixing Systems
• Identify and follow up on projects and new business opportunities in the assigned area
• Maintain strong relationships with contractors, applicators, distributors and other key customers
• Provide technical support and after-sales service, including product selection and application guidance
• Build relationships with architects, engineers and design offices and promote Sika solutions through specifications
• Prepare technical proposals and commercial offers and support customers during project execution
• Conduct customer and site visits and give product presentations and demonstrations when needed
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity and look for growth opportunities
• Work with Sales, Technical, Marketing and Operations teams

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in the construction or building materials industry
• Experience with Tile Adhesives, Tile Fixing Systems or Building Finishing is an advantage
• Fluent written and spoken English
• Willingness to travel as required
