Web Developer – Microsoft 365 & SharePoint Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Web Developer with deep expertise in the Microsoft 365 ecosystem to design, build, and maintain enterprise solutions. The position can be based in Athens or performed remotely, supporting large‑scale digital projects for international public organisations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain SharePoint Online solutions using SPFx and React.
• Extend Microsoft Teams with custom tabs, bots, and integrated apps.
• Create automation and provisioning scripts with PnP PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API.
• Design workflows in Power Automate and lightweight apps in Power Apps.
• Work with Azure services (App Service, Functions, Azure AD/Entra ID, DevOps, Logic Apps) that underpin M365 solutions.
• Configure and support Microsoft 365 governance, security, and compliance features.
• Provide secondary support for existing Drupal sites and custom PHP modules, including theming, Drush deployments, and API integrations.
• Write unit tests, maintain code quality with SonarQube, and produce technical documentation.
• Collaborate with business analysts, participate in code reviews, and stay current with emerging Microsoft 365 and Drupal technologies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field.
• Strong foundation in HTML, CSS, JavaScript and a modern JS framework (preferably React).
• Experience with SharePoint Online and the SharePoint Framework (SPFx).
• Familiarity with Power Automate, Power Apps, and RESTful services including Microsoft Graph.
• Good problem‑solving, communication, and English language skills.
