Senior Project Manager – Public Sector ICT

Key responsibilities

• Manage IT projects for public‑sector clients, ensuring delivery on time, within scope and budget.
• Lead and mentor cross‑functional teams, fostering accountability and high performance.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all project communications, engaging government officials, contractors and internal stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, monitor progress, identify risks and implement corrective actions.
• Translate business needs into clear functional specifications for development teams.

Required profile

• BSc in Computer Science, IT or a related field.
• At least 7 years of proven experience managing IT projects.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for engaging diverse stakeholders.
• Trustworthy and discreet, capable of working in politically sensitive environments.
