Engineering Manager – Brand Experience

About the role

As an Engineering Manager at Betsson Group you will lead high‑performing engineering teams responsible for the brand experience platforms. You will work closely with product, architecture and design partners to shape the technical roadmap and ensure reliable delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Build, coach and retain collaborative engineering teams, driving a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.
• Own delivery of product and technical road‑maps, managing priorities, dependencies and risks.
• Ensure system health, performance and stability by establishing robust support processes and monitoring SLAs.
• Represent the team in stakeholder meetings, aligning engineering work with business goals.

Required profile

• Excellent communicator who adapts messages to diverse audiences.
• Proven experience in team building, planning, resourcing and people management.
• Strong technical understanding to partner with Tech Leads and Architects.
• Ability to drive delivery while maintaining a sustainable pace.
• Commitment to culture, wellbeing and inclusive leadership.

Required skills

• Experience in iGaming, Fintech or other high‑traffic regulated industries (nice to have).
• Leadership of distributed teams across locations or time zones.
• Hands‑on use of Agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Incident management experience for production environments.
• Budget awareness for tooling, training and events.
