GRC Consultant – Governance, Risk & Compliance

About the role

We are looking for a GRC Consultant to join our UniQue Security & Compliance Services team. You will advise clients, implement governance, risk and compliance frameworks, and support regulatory compliance across a diverse portfolio of industries.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand business objectives and assess current risk and compliance maturity.
• Develop and implement customized GRC frameworks, policies, and procedures.
• Conduct risk assessments, vulnerability assessments, and gap analyses, translating findings into actionable improvement plans.
• Provide guidance on regulatory requirements and support clients in meeting relevant standards.
• Assist clients in selecting and implementing GRC tools.
• Facilitate training sessions and workshops to promote GRC best practices.
• Estimate effort for engagements, contribute to proposal writing, and manage project delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Cyber Security, IT, Risk Management or related field (required).
• 2+ years of experience in security, privacy, business continuity or GRC.
• Understanding of information security frameworks such as NIST and ISO 27001.
• Professional certifications (e.g., CISA, CISM, CISSP) are a plus.
• Strong English communication skills and willingness to travel within the EU.
