DevOps Engineer – Linux & Containerization

About the role

Cegeka is looking for a DevOps Engineer specialized in Linux and containerization to join its Computing team. You will work in a collaborative, international environment, driving automation and innovation across infrastructure, security and cloud services.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and maintain Kubernetes platforms, primarily Red Hat OpenShift.
• Deploy and manage Red Hat Linux servers, ensuring performance and security.
• Automate server provisioning and configuration using Jenkins, Ansible, Terraform and Puppet.
• Design, implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines with automated testing and deployment.
• Provide third‑line support to minimise service interruptions.
• Address security and compliance requirements such as CIS, NIS2 and DORA.
• Collaborate with networking, data management, security and virtualization teams.

Required profile

• Strong passion for Linux technologies and continuous improvement.
• Experience with container platforms (OpenShift, Kubernetes) and DevSecOps tools (ArgoCD, HashiCorp, Prometheus).
• Proficiency with infrastructure‑as‑code tools (Git, Puppet, Ansible, Terraform).
• Background in software development or close collaboration with developers.
• Familiarity with Agile and Kanban methodologies.
• Excellent communication, proactive mindset and ability to work independently.
• Experience with public cloud providers (Azure, AWS) is a plus.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
