Medior .NET Software Engineer

About the role

Join Agile Actors as a Medior .NET Software Engineer, working within a local Athens team to deliver high‑quality, scalable solutions for international clients. You will collaborate with product owners, analysts and fellow engineers to turn business requirements into robust technical implementations.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain .NET/C# components using modern technologies.
• Write clean, efficient, well‑tested code with strong unit‑test coverage.
• Participate in technical design discussions and ensure alignment with architectural standards.
• Collaborate closely with product owners, business analysts and peers to translate requirements into functional features.
• Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot performance and scalability issues, and propose pragmatic improvements.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for features, components and integrations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong communication skills in both Greek and English.

Required skills

• .NET/C# development.
• Experience with database systems (SQL).
• Familiarity with front‑end frameworks such as Blazor or React.
• Understanding of cloud‑native development and cloud platforms.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code and automated testing.
• Unit testing and test‑driven development.
