Senior IT Administrator

About the role

The Senior Information Technology Administrator is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Chalandri. You will manage and maintain servers, networks and core IT systems to ensure stable and secure operations for the company’s clients.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor system performance, apply upgrades and patches, and resolve technical issues.
• Provide advanced technical support to English‑speaking clients.
• Configure and administer network equipment, including routers, switches and firewalls.
• Oversee security measures, backup routines and document IT processes and configurations.
• Collaborate with project teams on new client implementations, advise on technology improvements and mentor junior staff.

Required profile

• Strong experience in Windows and Linux system administration, virtualization and Microsoft 365.
• Solid network administration skills with Fortinet firewalls, VLANs and LAN/WAN environments.
• Advanced troubleshooting ability for complex hardware, software and connectivity issues.
• Good understanding of IT security, EDR solutions and disaster‑recovery practices.
• Fluent professional English (and Greek) and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
