Senior .NET Software Engineer

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain high‑quality, scalable software components using .NET/C# and modern technologies.
• Write clean, efficient, well‑tested code with strong unit‑test coverage.
• Participate in technical design discussions and ensure solutions align with architectural standards.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts and fellow engineers to translate business requirements into technical implementations.
• Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback and enforce coding standards.
• Mentor less‑experienced engineers through pair programming and knowledge sharing.
• Identify and troubleshoot performance, reliability and scalability issues, proposing pragmatic improvements.
• Maintain technical documentation for features, components and integrations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proven experience building applications with .NET/C#.
• Deep understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns and architectural best practices.
• Strong knowledge of database systems.
• Solid grasp of cloud‑native development; cloud platforms are a plus.
• Experience with DevOps practices (CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, automated testing) is a plus.
• Excellent problem‑solving, debugging and communication skills in both Greek and English.
