Treasury Assistant Manager – Financial Accounting Advisory

About the role

EY is seeking a Treasury Assistant Manager to join its Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS) team in Greece. You will work on advisory engagements across multiple industries, helping clients implement treasury and risk‑management strategies while leveraging EY’s global network and advanced technology.

Key responsibilities

• Advise corporate clients on treasury and risk‑management strategies, covering daily CFO agenda items.
• Deliver project‑based work on cash and liquidity management, treasury process optimisation, technology implementation and operating‑model design.
• Prepare comprehensive assessments and analyses to support client recommendations.
• Monitor market dynamics and industry trends to provide up‑to‑date advice to large corporates and financial institutions.
• Combine quantitative and qualitative skills such as executive presentation, financial modelling, storytelling and project management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Management Science & Technology or a related field.
• Several years of experience in treasury roles within a well‑established company or consulting firm.
• Hands‑on experience with cash management, risk management and monitoring financial exposures.
• Strong analytical, numerical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proven ability to handle large data sets and quickly learn new reporting platforms.
• Capacity to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines while maintaining high‑quality deliverables.
