Credit Controller

About the role

ELANCO HELLAS, a leader in the agricultural supplies sector, is seeking a partner to join its Finance Department. The Credit Controller reports directly to the Credit Control, Collections & Financial Reporting Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Daily monitoring and implementation of credit policy, including real‑time review and approval of customer orders.
• Collect and analyse solvency information, propose and revise credit limits.
• Manage account reconciliation calls, debt settlement, and post‑dated checks.
• Coordinate with the sales network and managers for collection and order approval.
• Extract and analyse cash liquidity reports, create KPIs and aging reports.
• Support preparation of credit‑related financial reports and test new ERP digital tools.

Required profile

• Degree in Finance or Accounting.
• At least 2 years of experience in Credit Control or Accounts Receivable.
• Strong analytical thinking, proactive risk identification, attention to detail, organization, multitasking and teamwork skills.

Required skills

• Very good knowledge of ERP systems (Softone is a plus).
• Excellent Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP.
