Travel Specialist – Tailor‑Made Tours Sales

About the role

We are looking for a Travel Specialist to design and sell bespoke multi‑day tours across Greece and Italy. You will turn travelers' wishes into unforgettable itineraries while delivering a high‑level sales experience.

Key responsibilities

• Create tailor‑made multi‑day trips for Greece and Italy based on client budgets and preferences.
• Handle inbound travel and tour requests and convert them into sales.
• Communicate clearly with travelers and suppliers via phone, video calls and email.
• Perform general office duties such as inbound/outbound calls, video conferences and email correspondence.
• Support the Sales Manager with any additional reasonable tasks.

Required profile

• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong communication and attention‑to‑detail.
• Experience in the travel and tourism sector.
• Good organization and planning abilities.
• Positive team spirit, enthusiastic and fun attitude.
