Finnish-Speaking B2B Sales Advisor

About the role

We are looking for a Finnish‑speaking B2B Sales Advisor to join an international customer‑experience provider on a leading global technology project. You will work with established business clients, supporting renewals, upgrades and tailored technology solutions while driving long‑term value.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow a dedicated portfolio of B2B clients within an assigned territory.
• Achieve revenue targets through renewals, cross‑sell and upsell opportunities.
• Conduct high‑volume outbound and inbound sales interactions via phone and email.
• Identify at‑risk accounts and growth opportunities using data and CRM insights.
• Maintain accurate forecasts and pipeline updates, and keep CRM records up to date.

Required profile

• Native or C2 level Finnish (spoken and written) and English at C1 level.
• At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably phone‑based.
• Strong negotiation, communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Results‑driven mindset with proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

Required skills

• Confidence using CRM systems (experience with Microsoft Dynamics or similar).
• Solid PC skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
