HVAC Sales Engineer

About the role

ABB is seeking an HVAC Sales Engineer to expand its presence in the Greek market. You will develop and strengthen the wholesale and partner sales network, focusing on under‑represented regions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, expand and activate the wholesale and partner sales network in regions with limited coverage.
• Build and maintain relationships with wholesalers, consulting engineers and design firms, acting as the primary contact for ABB HVAC solutions.
• Promote ABB’s advanced HVAC technologies in large‑scale, high‑specification projects.
• Identify, pursue and convert new business opportunities to increase market coverage.
• Prepare and deliver tailored technical and commercial proposals in collaboration with partners and customers.

Required profile

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Proven experience in HVAC sales or technically complex projects.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent in Greek and English.
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel across Greece.

Required skills

• Technical knowledge of HVAC solutions.
• Ability to act as a solutions consultant for design firms and clients.
