Sales Advisor (Spanish)

About the role

We are seeking a Spanish‑speaking Sales Advisor to join a leading Outsourcing/BPO company in Athens. The role involves handling customer interactions across multiple channels while delivering a high‑quality experience.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, chat, and email.
• Deliver a high‑quality customer experience focused on satisfaction and resolution.
• Build and maintain positive relationships through clear, professional communication.
• Provide accurate, up‑to‑date information using internal tools and systems.
• Achieve individual and team performance targets, including call‑handling KPIs.
• Maintain detailed customer records, accounts, and interaction documentation.
• Follow communication procedures and data‑protection policies at all times.

Required profile

• Native or near‑native level in Spanish with fluency in English (minimum B2).
• Strong customer service experience across multiple channels.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with active listening.
• High computer literacy and ability to work with several systems simultaneously.
• Strong multitasking, time‑management and prioritisation skills.
• Customer‑focused mindset with awareness of sensitive data handling.
• Ability to perform in a fast‑paced, KPI‑driven environment.
