Training Manager

About the role

DIASTASI S.A. is seeking an experienced Training Manager to lead the full lifecycle of its training programs across Greece. The role blends training design, consulting expertise, and project team management in a full‑time, onsite position.

Key responsibilities

• Assess training needs and design learning interventions aligned with program objectives.
• Develop educational materials and oversee their delivery.
• Plan, coordinate, implement, and evaluate training programs from start to finish.
• Lead and supervise project teams, including coordinators, trainers, and external partners.
• Monitor and manage project budgets.
• Maintain relationships with public bodies, corporate clients, trainers, and partners.
• Collaborate with colleagues across company branches to ensure consistent delivery.
• Use ERP and CRM systems for program administration and reporting.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of experience in a comparable training or learning‑and‑development role.
• University or Technical Institute degree (preferred).
• Proven experience in designing, organizing, coordinating, and monitoring training programs.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Ability to lead teams and drive continuous improvement.
