Recruiter – Frontline Hiring for Facility Services

About the role

Globe Williams International is a multinational organization providing total integrated facility management services. We are seeking a Recruiter to join our HR team and support growing recruitment needs across various frontline roles.

Key responsibilities

• Create and post job ads for positions such as cleaners, technicians, security personnel, etc.
• Screen resumes and schedule interviews with potential candidates.
• Collaborate with operational managers to understand staffing needs and timelines.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment records.
• Utilize job platforms, social media, and networking to attract candidates.
• Participate in recruitment initiatives such as job fairs, partnerships with local institutions, or public employment services.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in recruitment or HR, preferably in high‑volume hiring environments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple job openings simultaneously.
• Good command of MS Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
