Team Lead – Disease Specialists

About the role

Epikast is seeking a Team Lead to manage a group of Disease Specialists who engage US‑based physicians. You will ensure scientific and product discussions are accurate, compelling, and aligned with the company’s AI‑driven approach to improving patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support a team of Disease Specialists to deliver high‑quality scientific engagement with US healthcare professionals.
• Set performance expectations, monitor KPIs, and drive productivity.
• Provide guidance on product positioning, scientific discussions, and stakeholder interaction.
• Oversee daily operations, including call quality, appointment setting, and compliance.
• Act as the primary contact for key medical stakeholders and manage escalations.
• Track market trends and competitor activity, translating insights into actionable guidance for the team.
• Collaborate with Operations, Training, and Leadership to refine processes and AI‑enabled tools.

Required profile

• Experience in medical sales, medical engagement, or a related healthcare‑facing role.
• Previous people‑leadership or mentoring experience.
• Strong understanding of scientific exchange and relationship‑building with healthcare professionals.
• Excellent English communication skills and ability to build credibility with US stakeholders.
• Results‑oriented mindset with a focus on quality and attention to detail.
