Product Specialist Oncology – Lung Franchise (12‑month Fixed‑Term)

About the role

Join AstraZeneca’s Oncology Business Unit in Athens as a Product Specialist for the Lung franchise on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. You will support the launch and commercialisation of life‑changing oncology medicines, working closely with the sales manager and key stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales performance and deliver brand KPIs and financial targets to exceed objectives.
• Provide stakeholder and key‑account insights to optimise plans, deliverables and ensure an effective patient journey.
• Analyse business opportunities and implement action plans with urgency and high energy.
• Build collaborative partnerships with internal peers and external healthcare professionals to achieve shared objectives.
• Maintain a high scientific profile to communicate complex data effectively to HCPs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (life‑sciences background considered an asset).
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Oncology.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• High scientific profile with ability to engage stakeholders.
• Business acumen with strategic and analytical thinking.
• Motivated and results‑oriented.
• Fluency in Greek and English, both written and verbal.
