Associate Clinical Operations Manager

About the role

Join a leading research‑intensive biopharmaceutical company dedicated to advancing disease prevention and treatment for people and animals. As an Associate Clinical Operations Manager you will manage clinical trials, ensure regulatory compliance, and support the delivery of innovative health solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Own country and site budgets, negotiate and finalize Clinical Trial Research Agreements (CTRA).
• Oversee clinical research payments, country submissions, approvals and deliverables.
• Ensure quality and compliance of all assigned protocols and develop local SOPs.
• Coordinate with Clinical Research Managers, Coordinators, Associates and internal departments to meet timelines.
• Manage local processes such as supply management, import/export, destruction, archiving and insurance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Administration, Life Sciences or related field.
• 2‑3 years hands‑on experience in clinical research, regulatory or finance functions.
• Strong problem‑solving, time‑management and accountability with ability to prioritize multiple protocols.
• Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation and mentoring skills in English and the local language.
