Tax Advice Manager

About the role

We are seeking an ambitious and self‑driven Tax Advice Manager to lead our Tax Advice Team in Athens. You will provide tax advisory services for complex deals, support post‑transaction structuring, and deliver integrated solutions to our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Provide tax advisory services for buy‑side and sell‑side transactions, including tax due diligence.
• Deliver tax structuring advice for transactions, group reorganisations and day‑to‑day tax matters.
• Conduct technical research on tax legislation and jurisprudence to resolve sophisticated tax issues.
• Collaborate with tax professionals in other jurisdictions and deal teams to create integrated client solutions.
• Manage end‑to‑end execution of tax‑related projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality control and alignment with client expectations.
• Allocate resources efficiently, prioritise tasks and supervise junior team members.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in tax matters, preferably in tax M&A or tax certificates.
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Accounting & Finance or Law; a Master’s degree or professional tax qualification is a strong asset.
• Proven experience supervising a team and developing junior staff.
• Strong analytical, critical‑thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent business writing skills in English and Greek.
