Talent Sourcer – BPO (Greece)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Talent Sourcer to join TTEC’s BPO operations in Greece. You will play a key part in identifying and engaging high‑quality candidates, supporting our recruiters and hiring managers to meet current and future hiring needs.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates through social media, networking platforms, Boolean search and direct outreach.
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to define role requirements and create sourcing strategies.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline across multiple functions.
• Conduct initial screenings to evaluate candidate fit and interest.
• Leverage data‑driven insights to optimise sourcing efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal standards throughout the process.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, engaging candidates at various levels.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple sourcing projects.
• Fluent English; additional language skills are a plus.
