Talent Acquisition Specialist (Remote)

About the role

Opsfleet is a global, remote‑first consulting company operating in DevOps, AI and Data. We are looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end‑to‑end recruitment and build strong pipelines as we scale.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to offer.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring needs.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals and proactive outreach.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews and coordinate interview schedules.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of full‑cycle technical recruitment experience, preferably in tech or services companies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English.
• Ability to handle multiple roles simultaneously with high organization.
• Experience working in a remote or hybrid environment and global hiring.

Required skills

• LinkedIn Recruiter for candidate sourcing.
• Proficiency with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
