Talent Acquisition Assistant

About the role

PeopleCert is seeking a Talent Acquisition Assistant to join its People & Culture team in Athens. The role offers the chance to develop recruitment experience while supporting the attraction and hiring of talent across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and publish job advertisements on relevant job boards.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals and other channels.
• Conduct initial screening calls and interviews, and coordinate subsequent interview stages.
• Support recruitment approval and offer processes, maintaining accurate candidate data in the ATS.
• Communicate with candidates throughout the process to ensure a positive experience.
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure a smooth, timely hiring workflow.
• Assist with career events, recruitment campaigns and employer‑branding initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources or a related field.
• Previous HR experience, preferably in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Excellent written and spoken English; additional language skills are a plus.
• Strong computer literacy; ECDL Advanced certification is advantageous.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication abilities.
• Well‑organized, self‑driven and able to work in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment.
