Sr. Associate, GRC Technology, Metrics and Automation

About the role

The Global Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) team at Pfizer is looking for a Senior Associate to enable, scale, and modernize Cyber GRC capabilities through technology platforms, data analytics, metrics, and workflow automation.

Key responsibilities

• Support and enhance Pfizer’s GRC technology platform (e.g., Archer) for risk, compliance, issues, and reporting.
• Implement workflow automation, data feeds, and integrations with systems such as vulnerability management and asset management.
• Design, develop, and maintain GRC metrics, dashboards, and KPIs for leadership and regulatory readiness.
• Analyze risk and compliance data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Identify and automate manual Cyber GRC processes to improve efficiency and auditability.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, cybersecurity, computer science or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in IT or cybersecurity, including work with GRC systems.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate datasets into actionable insights.
• Excellent written communication and collaboration skills across technical and business teams.
• Experience in an agile work environment.

Required skills

• Archer GRC platform
• Power BI or Tableau for dashboard creation
• Python or PowerShell scripting
• ServiceNow GRC (preferred)
• Knowledge of NIST Cybersecurity Framework and ISO 27001
