IT Manager

About the role

The IT Manager will lead the development, implementation and use of technology across Pierre Fabre Greece, aligning local initiatives with the Group’s overall strategy and ensuring compliance with corporate standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all information systems and telecommunications operations, identifying user requirements and delivering practical solutions.
• Lead strategic IT projects, define goals, timelines and resources, and manage risk.
• Design, plan and execute technological solutions, including digital strategy, websites, e‑business, CRM and BI tools.
• Maintain system documentation, IT policies, security, disaster recovery and asset management.
• Act as GDPR technical referent and ensure adherence to corporate cybersecurity and privacy policies.
• Develop and deliver onboarding and training programs for new and existing users, including AI adoption initiatives.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in IT management, preferably in an international environment.
• Higher education in IT or Information Systems.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical or cosmetics sector is a plus.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.

• ITIL framework knowledge.
