Senior Associate, Identity Governance Engineering

About the role

Pfizer’s CISO organization is looking for a Senior Associate to design, build, and support SailPoint Identity Security Cloud solutions. This hands‑on engineering role will manage the full identity lifecycle, ensuring secure, compliant access across the enterprise.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and support SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC/IdentityNow) solutions, including custom connectors, provisioning patterns, forms and workflows.
• Implement and maintain Joiner, Mover, and Leaver (JML) workflows, RBAC and ABAC access models, and automated provisioning/de‑provisioning across enterprise applications.
• Develop and support REST API, SCIM and other identity integrations; lead technical discovery, requirements gathering and solution design workshops.
• Troubleshoot complex issues during implementation and post‑go‑live support; create and maintain technical documentation, runbooks and configuration guides.
• Provide administration and operational support for SailPoint environments, ensuring system stability and compliance with SOX, HIPAA and NIST controls.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience designing, implementing and supporting SailPoint ISC/IdentityNow or similar IGA tools.
• Hands‑on experience with identity lifecycle management, RBAC/ABAC models and automated provisioning.
• Strong troubleshooting, administration and operational support skills within SailPoint environments.
• Proficient business English communication and consulting abilities.
