Spanish Customer Technical Advisor - Athens

About the role

Cross Border Talents is recruiting Spanish speakers to work as a Customer Technical Advisor in Athens, Greece. You will handle consumer inquiries and questions received by free phone lines, keeping accurate records and resolving issues within agreed service levels.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to and record consumer inquiries and questions received via free phone lines
• Maintain accurate data on inquiries, questions and feedback in the customer service database
• Ensure client complaints are handled and logged according to the company's complaints escalation policy
• Answer and resolve support calls and emails within the agreed SLAs and log them appropriately
• Troubleshoot using open questions, support documents and system training, and give recommendations on common problems and FAQs

Required profile

• High school diploma or higher
• Native or fluent Spanish
• Good level of English (C1)
• Writing speed of 20 words per minute
