Swedish Customer Technical Advisor – Athens

About the role

Cross Border Talents is recruiting Swedish speakers to work as Customer Technical Advisors in Athens, Greece. You will handle customer inquiries by phone, record them and help resolve common problems.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to and record consumer inquiries and questions received via free phone lines
• Maintain accurate data on inquiries, questions and feedback in the customer service database
• Ensure client complaints are handled and logged according to the complaints escalation policy
• Answer and resolve support calls and emails within the agreed SLAs and log them appropriately
• Troubleshoot using open questions, support documents and system training, and give recommendations on common problems and FAQs

Required profile

• High school diploma or higher
• Native or fluent Swedish
• Good level of English (C1)
• Writing speed of 20 words per minute
