Swedish Customer Advisor – Athens

About the role

Cross Border Talents is recruiting a Swedish Customer Advisor to work in Athens, Greece, on behalf of a global client that is described as a leading company in its field. The role is full-time, with a 40-hour week (8 hours per day, 5 days a week).

Key responsibilities

• Represent a worldwide brand and integrate into a multicultural environment.
• Develop customer relationships and deliver the best possible customer experience.
• Troubleshoot using open questions, support documents and system training.
• Offer recommendations for common problems and frequently asked questions.

Required profile

• Fluency in Swedish (C2 level or native).
• Good knowledge of English (B2 level).
• Availability to work in rotating shifts.
• Any kind of previous experience or contact with clients.
• Excellent communication, listening and empathy skills, good time management, team spirit and flexibility.

Required skills

• Typing speed of 25 words per minute.
• Good computer skills.
