Tech Customer Service Representative (Czech Speaker)

About the role

A Czech-speaking customer service representative is sought on behalf of a client in the tech industry, based in Greece. The role helps people with their smartphones and other devices, turning a passion for technology into customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inbound calls, chats and emails and handle customer service inquiries
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information
• Identify customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents

Required profile

• Native or fluent Czech
• B2-level English
• Located in Greece or the EU
• Freshers welcome

Required skills

• Strong phone contact handling and active listening
• Ability to multitask, prioritise and manage time
• Problem-solving and adaptability
