About the role
We are looking for a motivated Spanish‑speaking Customer Service professional to join our Athens team. You will be the first point of contact for Spanish‑language customers, helping them resolve issues and ensuring a high level of satisfaction. This position offers the chance to work in a multicultural environment and develop your communication skills.
Key responsibilities
- Engage with Spanish‑speaking customers via phone, email and chat to address inquiries.
- Provide timely resolution of product questions, order discrepancies and service requests.
- Manage customer accounts, process orders, track shipments and update status.
- Collect and forward customer feedback to relevant departments.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve service efficiency.
Required profile
- Fluent in Spanish with excellent verbal and written communication.
- Proficiency in English.
- Previous experience in customer service or call‑center environments.
