Social Media Specialist (OTT Platform)

About the role

Antenna Group, an international content, media and entertainment organization, is looking for a creative and dynamic Social Media Specialist to join its team. The specialist creates, manages and optimises content on the OTT platform's social channels, strengthening brand awareness, increasing audience engagement and supporting content promotion. The role sits in Kifisia and combines creativity, trend awareness, analytics and close collaboration with internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Create, schedule and publish engaging content on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, YouTube and other platforms
• Write creative copy and adapt tone of voice to each platform and campaign
• Promote series, movies, original productions and entertainment content through social-first campaigns
• Attend shootings, premieres, events and interviews to produce real-time content and behind-the-scenes material
• Collaborate with marketing, content, creative and production teams on campaigns
• Monitor trends, viral content, audience behaviour and platform updates
• Analyse engagement, reach and performance metrics and report findings
• Assist in community management and coordinate with external creators, influencers and partners
• Ensure brand consistency across all digital content

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Digital Marketing or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in social media management, digital content creation or similar roles
• Excellent written and spoken Greek and English
• Strong copywriting and storytelling skills
• Passion for entertainment, streaming, TV series, movies and pop culture
• Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced media environment

Required skills

• Social media management and analytics tools
• Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and emerging platforms
• Basic photo/video editing tools (a plus)
• MS Office and digital collaboration tools
