Brand and Customer Manager Oncology

About the role

The Brand and Customer Manager (BCM) will join a dynamic oncology marketing team, acting as the bridge between brand strategy and customer engagement. The role focuses on delivering innovative, customer‑centric initiatives that integrate scientific excellence and commercial innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Oncology Brand Plan in collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
• Design personalized customer engagement strategies and omnichannel campaigns.
• Prepare sales and expense forecasts and monitor implementation.
• Create and customize marketing materials and programs for global and regional markets.
• Lead digital projects, including omnichannel campaigns, using agile methods.
• Collaborate with support functions to conduct market analysis.
• Ensure all activities comply with ethical, regulatory, and compliance standards.

Required profile

• MSc and/or MBA preferred.
• 4‑5 years of experience in oncology or hematology sales and marketing.
• Strong strategic planning skills with hands‑on execution ability.
• Innovative, growth‑mindset with a test‑and‑learn approach.
• Ability to work in ambiguous, adaptable, and agile environments.
• Creative, multitasking, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Collaborative, self‑motivated, high sense of responsibility and accountability.
• Experience with omnichannel capabilities and campaigns is a plus.
• Fluent in Greek and English, both spoken and written.
